Nexdrale is Spreadle’s workspace for connecting business WhatsApp assets, building reusable conversation flows and reviewing captured messages. Spreadle is a Meta Tech Provider. Each business retains its own WhatsApp assets; account eligibility and permissions remain subject to Meta’s requirements.

A conversation built around the business

The visual builder connects messages, reply buttons, lists, questions, links and handoffs. A local preview lets the owner test the path before applying it. Reusable templates become independent version snapshots for each business, with its own details and controls.

Readiness before live replies

Businesses authorize their assets through Meta Embedded Signup. Automation begins paused and must be enabled after connection and routing checks. Owners can pause an assignment or send a customer to a direct support route. The captured-message inbox is read-only; it does not provide a manual reply composer or import complete WhatsApp history.

Optional AI drafting

An owner can ask the draft assistant to propose a flow, then review and apply it explicitly. Ordinary live conversations execute the saved flow rather than generating an AI answer for every customer message.

Tools around the conversation

Supported Meta controls include eligible business profile details, template submissions, forms and catalogue assets. Credentials and captured message content are encrypted, with business boundaries enforced in the workspace. Customer verification, template approval and badges are decided by Meta.
